Tim S. Hebson, Ed.D.

Founder, Principal, and CEO

Dr. Tim Hebson is a longtime higher education leader known for his service at The University of Alabama and his continued work helping students and organizations succeed on and off campus.

As CEO of TSH Consulting, Dr. Hebson oversees consulting and external affairs operations, working with clients and students to support success both in and out of the classroom.

He joined The University of Alabama in 2002 as Director of Student Judicial Affairs, later serving as Associate Dean and Dean of Students from 2007 until his retirement in 2020, when he was named Dean of Students Emeritus.

During his tenure, he oversaw student programs ranging from Greek life to crisis management, advised student organizations, and launched student success initiatives including Believe UA.

Today, Dr. Hebson continues contributing to higher education and student success through TSH Consulting, bringing decades of student life leadership into a more accessible consulting and client-support model.

Jack Hastings

Chief Operating Officer

Jack Hastings serves as Chief Operating Officer of TSH Consulting, where he helps translate the firm’s strategy into disciplined execution. He supports operational planning across more than two dozen active client engagements, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, and works to keep internal teams aligned around efficient workflows and high-quality client service.

Jack brings a strong combination of finance, public policy, and student-leadership experience to the role. At The University of Alabama, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with complementary study in political science, public policy, leadership, and public service. He has maintained a 4.0 GPA while serving in senior campus leadership positions, including President of the University’s Interfraternity Council.

His professional experience includes work in the United States Senate, policy analysis with VENTURE Government Strategies, and service with the White House Historical Association. These experiences have strengthened his ability to manage competing priorities, communicate with diverse stakeholders, and move complex initiatives from planning to completion. At TSH, Jack applies that operational discipline to help the firm scale responsibly while preserving its high-touch approach to client support.

Sam Frank

Chief Administrative Officer

Sam Frank serves as Chief Administrative Officer of TSH Consulting, supporting the internal systems, coordination, and administrative discipline that enable the firm’s team to serve clients effectively. His role centers on strengthening day-to-day organization, supporting cross-functional communication, and helping ensure that priorities, information, and follow-through remain aligned across the company.

Sam is an Honors Finance and Real Estate student at The University of Alabama. His professional experience includes commercial real estate investment analysis, underwriting, financial training, market research, and property-pitch preparation through roles with Shannon Waltchack and Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. That analytical background gives him a practical understanding of how strong administration, accurate information, and consistent processes contribute to sound decision-making.

He also brings campus leadership experience in communications, risk management, philanthropy, and community engagement. Through service with the University of Alabama Interfraternity Council, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Young Life, and the IFC Invitational, Sam has developed a reputation for dependability, collaboration, and service-minded leadership. At TSH, he applies those strengths to help create an organized and responsive operating environment for the firm’s professionals and clients.

Rob Gillespie

Chief Financial Officer

Rob Gillespie serves as Chief Financial Officer of TSH Consulting, providing financial oversight and helping the firm maintain disciplined accounting, reporting, and planning practices as it grows. He brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to financial stewardship and supports leadership with the information needed to make responsible operational and strategic decisions.

Rob is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at The University of Alabama, where he has been active in organizations including Beta Alpha Psi, Order of Omega, the Interfraternity Council, and Phi Gamma Delta. He plans to continue his accounting education and pursue CPA licensure, reflecting a long-term commitment to the profession and its standards.

His experience includes audit work with EY’s Financial Services Organization and accounting roles with Altec, where he gained exposure to corporate accounting operations, financial processes, and cross-functional business environments. Rob’s combination of formal accounting preparation, professional-services experience, and campus leadership equips him to bring rigor, organization, and sound judgment to TSH’s financial operations. His work helps ensure that the firm’s growth remains supported by clear financial practices and responsible resource management.

Max Hawker

Chief Strategy Officer

Max Hawker serves as Chief Strategy Officer of TSH Consulting, helping define the firm’s long-term direction and turn growth opportunities into practical initiatives. His work spans strategic planning, market analysis, business development, service innovation, and the use of technology to improve how TSH delivers value to students, organizations, and university partners.

At TSH, Max has contributed to a long-range “Vision 2030” framework, competitive research, proposal development, digital student resources, and process automation. He has also applied Python-based automation to improve internal academic-recommendation workflows, reducing manual work and helping the firm deliver more timely information. His approach combines structured analysis with a clear focus on sustainable growth and client impact.

Max is a senior Chemical Engineering student at The University of Alabama with a 4.0 GPA and experience in the University’s STEM Path to the MBA program. His leadership includes serving as Vice President of Recruitment for the University of Alabama Interfraternity Council and co-founding Tide & Tables, a student-led organization that grew to more than 70 members. This blend of engineering discipline, entrepreneurial initiative, and organizational leadership allows Max to approach strategy with both creativity and measurable execution.

Alex Holsclaw

Chief Technology Officer

Alex Holsclaw serves as Chief Technology Officer of TSH Consulting, leading the firm’s use of technology to improve client access, internal coordination, and service delivery. He focuses on building practical digital systems that make TSH resources easier to manage, easier to find, and easier for students and organizational leaders to use.

Alex brings hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, web development, digital marketing, booking systems, and business automation. He is also the founder of Holsclaw Studios LLC, an AI and digital consulting company that helps organizations modernize customer communication and operational workflows through websites, AI reception tools, scheduling platforms, and automated systems. This entrepreneurial background gives him a practical understanding of how technology must support real users and measurable business needs.

At The University of Alabama, Alex studies business management and economics in an honors-focused academic environment. His leadership experience includes work with the Student Government Association, the Interfraternity Council, the Culverhouse Business Honors Program, and Delta Tau Delta. At TSH, he combines technical execution with business judgment to guide the firm’s digital infrastructure and create technology that strengthens—not replaces—the personal support at the center of the TSH model.

Theo Villanueva

Chief Marketing Officer

Theo Villanueva serves as Chief Marketing Officer of TSH Consulting, guiding the firm’s brand, communications, and market-facing strategy. He works to ensure that TSH communicates its value with clarity, consistency, and credibility across digital platforms, client materials, partnerships, and public initiatives.

Theo brings experience at the intersection of marketing, public relations, financial services, and innovation. As Director of Public Relations for the University of Alabama Interfraternity Council, he has supported communications for a Greek community representing 34 fraternities and promoted major philanthropic and leadership initiatives. He previously directed communications for a 150-member fraternity chapter, generating more than 700,000 engagements while supporting campaigns that raised over $60,000 for philanthropic causes.

His professional experience includes marketing and publicity work with Hachette Book Group, where he created more than 500 marketing assets and supported over 20 publicity campaigns, as well as a Summer Analyst role with BNY’s Strategic Partnerships, Investments, and Innovation team. Theo is pursuing degrees in Economics and Marketing through The University of Alabama’s Honors College and Business Honors Program. At TSH, he applies this combination of analytical thinking, storytelling, and brand execution to strengthen visibility and build trust with students, families, organizations, and institutional partners.

Luke Tillery

Chief of Staff

Luke Tillery serves as Chief of Staff of TSH Consulting, helping leadership coordinate priorities, maintain momentum across initiatives, and turn decisions into organized follow-through. His role supports communication between team members, project tracking, meeting preparation, and the consistent execution of leadership priorities across the firm.

Luke brings direct experience supporting executive operations through his work as a Deputy Chief of Staff within the University of Alabama Student Government Association. In that role, he helps monitor campaign commitments and strategic goals, coordinates with cabinet members, and supports the Chief of Staff in keeping initiatives on schedule and aligned with their intended campus impact.

He is pursuing a degree in Business Cybersecurity with a minor in Management at The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business. His additional leadership experience includes service with the Interfraternity Council, the IFC Invitational, the Culverhouse Ambassador program, and the University’s Greek Ambassador program. These roles have strengthened his ability to communicate across groups, build relationships, solve practical problems, and represent organizations professionally. At TSH, Luke brings an organized and service-oriented approach to executive coordination, helping the leadership team remain focused, informed, and accountable.

Mack Fields

Chief of Staff

Mack Fields serves as Chief of Staff of TSH Consulting, supporting executive priorities, coordinating work across the firm, and helping leadership turn decisions into clear, organized follow-through.

Mack is an Honors College student at The University of Alabama double-majoring in Finance and Economics with a minor in Value Investing. His campus leadership includes serving as Treasurer of the University of Alabama Interfraternity Council, where he has gained experience with financial stewardship, organizational coordination, and community-focused initiatives.

He has also completed MIT’s AI Adoption: Driving Business Value course, expanding his understanding of how organizations can apply artificial intelligence strategically. At TSH, Mack brings together financial analysis, campus leadership, and a practical interest in technology to help the executive team stay aligned and move key initiatives forward.
